Inefficient Singpost

I paid extra to register a package I was sending to the US with SingPost (Singapore's Post Office) so they could track it for me.  A week later when I hadn't heard back from anyone, I filled out the inquiry form so I could find out if my package had been delivered or not.  It took another week for them to respond to me and say "We are now starting to look into your inquiry" and by then, my package had already been returned to me (for reasons I won't get into right now). So basically, by the time they started looking for my package it had already gone to the US and back.  So much for efficiency.  They still haven't even replied to inform me that my package is .... with me.
